Please
select the scenario nearest to your situation:
- Windows
(or other Operating System) is able to load completely. Desktop is
displayed. My problem appears while running it.
- Windows
(or other Operating System) is unable to load completely. “Starting
Windows" graphics screen was displayed. Then, it gives me error
message(s) of some sort.
- Windows
(or other Operating System) is unable to load at all. "Starting
Windows" graphics screen was not displayed. It gives me error
message(s) of some sort.
- Windows
(or other Operating System) is unable to load at all. No lights, no
fan running, no sound/beep, no sign of any activity on my PC. I
think my PC is dead! Help!!! :)
- My
PC hangs-up or restarts without warning. It exhibits two or more of
the above scenario, not one is exactly the same. Each time it
suddenly hangs-up (restarts).
- I'm
not reporting a PC (Personal Computer) or any compatible
device(s)/peripheral(s). I'm using something else.
- Sorry,
I can't help you. I only provide support for PCs, peripherals, and
compatible devices.
- I'm
using a pirated copy of Windows operating system, and I don't intend
to purchase a legal copy.
- Sorry,
I am reluctant to help you. You will only hate me if I try. There
are just too many problems wherein your original CD is required.
Also, there are many situations where support from the manufacturer
is obtainable only if you have a valid product. So, before I see
myself in a very compromising situation, I'm completely
backing-off. However, don't feel bad. There is life away from
software piracy. Please, consider your other options here.

about
piracy:
Why
settle for counterfeit software? Do you know that only genuine
softwares enjoy technical support and updates from their
manufacturers? Why miss those precious updates? Pirated Softwares,
aside from being illegal, will fail from time to time.
Why subject yourself
to needless headaches? Below are important links to see if you have
paid for counterfeit software.
