Scenario #3
           Windows (or other Operating System) is unable to load at all.
           "Starting Windows" graphic screen was never displayed.
           It' displayed an error message(s) of some sort.

           While trying to read the messages displayed on your monitor, 
           please turn the brightness level from mid to maximum level 
           until you can comfortably see something displayed on screen.
           
           Please answer the following:

           a. Did you see "Starting Windows" text message displayed?
              Y/N:   

           b. If not, did you see any counting numbers displayed when 
              you powered on your PC?
              Y/N:   

           c. If not, did you see any graphic image displayed when you
              powered on your PC?
              Y/N:   

           d. If not, did you hear your computer make a short beep soon
              after you powered on your PC?
              Y/N:   

           e. If not, did you hear your computer make a different kind of
              beep than the one described above? If so, please identify what
              you heard.                                                  

           f. If not, did you hear/see your PCs' fan(s) and blower(s) turning?

              blinked, lights on your CPU turning-on, pilot lights on
